How much is the hiring cost in Chile?
– Written contract required; affiliation to a Mutualidad (occupational risks).
– Market benefits: meal/transport allowance, supplementary insurance.
Employer social security taxes
– Contributions: Unemployment Insurance (CES) (employer + employee), Occupational Accident Insurance (employer, risk-based), Disability and Survivor Insurance (SIS) (shared).
